  • Look Up Table, more commonly referred to as a LUT is basically a color filter for your video footage.

    You apply a LUT to one of your clips and the data inside that LUT immediately color corrects your footage to look a certain way.

    While this is not a substitute for a full color grade of your footage it can provide an excellent starting point or finishing point depending on the needs of your project.
